The World's Largest Domed Arena - the Philippine Arena can withstand an 8-magnitude earthquake which was featured on Discovery Channel’s "Man Made Marvels" in December 2013.
The construction of the Philippine Arena cost more than $200 million with its own exit at the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx). The arena which design is inspired by the narra and banyan trees is built to withstand strong earthquakes and super typhoon winds. Its dome spans over 3.6 hectares.
