"Olivia, Will You Marry Me?" Is it a marketing Ploy for Magnum Pink Ice Cream?

The question remains unanswered if who is the guy behind the billboard scattered on EDSA bus stops with a printed Olivia, Will You Marry Me? on it and if who is the Olivia the billboard refers to.
Some people guess that the guy behind those billboards is John Prats. They say that the number 21414 printed below Olivia, Will You Marry Me? connotes his birthday - February 14, 2014. And of course, the girl should be Isabel Oli whose real name is Olivia Daytia. But this theory is disproved by the actor  in an interview with TV Patrol.

After Valentine's day, people already cannot wait no more if what's the purpose of these billboards scattered on EDSA bus stops. They conclude that only big companies would be capable of such a feat. Some wild guesses suggest that it's an ad campaign and the campaign may be for a television show, a perfume brand, an ice cream brand, or a line of feminine care products.
