Suspension of Classes in Nueva Ecija on February 21-22

In line with the “Lingap sa Mamamayan” event of Iglesia Ni Cristo (INC), Governor Aurelio Umali declared the suspension of classes in all levels in the entire Nueva Ecija on February 21 and 22.

This is based on the recommendation of PNP Director Crizaldo Nieves.  This will preserve the peace and order as it is reported that about four million INC members from Luzon alone are expected to attend the event on Saturday at barangay Maligaya, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija. Suspension of work in government and private offices is according to their superiors' descretion.
