Cabanero filed a r*pe case against Vhong Navarro at the Pasig City Prosecutor's Office last Wednesday. According to Atty. Virgilio Battala, her legal counsel, the alleged r*pe incident happened in 2010.
Roxanne Cabañero, a former Miss Bikini Philippines pageant contestant, told that she was r*ped by actor-host Vhong Navarro on April 24, 2010. Her version was subjected to a critical attack Sunday after two sources, Vice Ganda and Astoria Plaza project director Ric Valenzuela, contradicted some parts of her sworn affidavit.
Vice Ganda said in an interview with “Buzz ng Bayan” host Boy Abunda on Sunday that he was with Vhong Navarro in Island Cove, Cavite performing in his concert together with Kean Cipriano. The date was April 24, 2010 which was the same date that Cabañero claimed she was r*ped.
Astoria Plaza project director Ric Valenzuela also confirmed that they declined to house the Miss Bikini Philippines candidates because they could not accommodate them all due to limited rooms.
